He has qualified over 5,000 professionals in using the MBTI® and has trained over 10,000 leaders in its interpretation. In addition to the MBTI qualification programs, Roger has extensive experience in qualifying practitioners in using instruments such as EQ-i®, EQ-360®, Strong Interest Inventory®, FIRO-B®, CPI 260®, and Lominger Korn-Ferry Voices®, and has developed innovative instruments and tools to support leadership development. Additionally, Roger has been an adjunct staff member with the Center for Creative Leadership, conducted extensive research into the connection between personality and leadership effectiveness, and written award-winning books on using personality knowledge to create targeted and actionable development plans.

Bob Eichinger is an award winning thought-leader in the field of human learning, and organizational development. He's a sought after keynote speaker, author, entrepreneur, and executive coach. Bob's work in the learning and development field spans four decades, and included executive roles at Pepsi, and Pillsbury. Most recently Bob was Vice-Chairman at the Korn Ferry Institute. Bob was also notably a co-founder of Lominger, Inc., a preeminent provider of leadership development tools. At Lominger, Eichinger lead a team creating a series of popular, and transformative competency based products that became the gold-standard for leadership development programs.

Linda Berens is an internationally recognized author, organizational consultant, and leading personality type theorist. She has over 30 years experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations reach their potential. In addition to her experience qualifying thousands of coaches and practitioners to use Myer-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) and providing training in advanced applications of the works of Carl Jung, Isabel Myers, and David Keirsey, Linda has conducted extensive qualitative research and is recognized for developing user-friendly and practical methods for applying personality type. At Matrix Insights, Linda has expanded on her extensive body-of-work to help individuals and teams apply personality models to enhance their effectiveness.

Dario Nardi, Ph.D. is a recognized personality type expert, author, and speaker around the world. As a professor at UCLA, Dario has taught on Human Complex Systems and has conducted research into the connection between brain activity patterns and personality. In addition to exploring the relationship between neuroscience, personality, and behavior, Dario has core interests in "social situated action", or understanding behavior through a systems lens. Dario has written books, developed personality assessments, and designed software all focused on applying personality knowledge to personal development.
At Matrix Insights, Dario has applied his research, personality-type expertise, and teaching experience toward building a unique, interactive multi-lens approach to personality-centered development.

Todd Nielsen is a Customer Discovery & Product Development pro with 15 years marketing and business development experience in high tech industries like learning & development (Element K, Kaplan), medical devices & solutions (Getinge), and medical imaging (Kodak/Carestream Health). Todd's corporate roles have been in B2B Marketing, particularly in business development, product marketing, and new product commercialization. Todd is also wildly enthusiastic for innovation, disruption, and people with the audacity, vision and leadership to change their world. At Matrix Insights Todd acts as lead catalyst for creating and growing the partnerships, alliances, and communities where our products can do the greatest good.

John D’Agostino is VP of Business Development, and uses his curiosity and 20+ years of experience in L&D to work with and for our clients, becoming part of their extended teams. John has supported countless organizations in the design and implementation of far-reaching learning solutions.
John’s industry experience has been with ExecuTrain, Element K, and getAbstract, in client-facing roles supporting organizations based in the US and Canada and operating world-wide. At Matrix Insights, he will continue his passion for educating clients and ensuring that they realize the best return from their learning investments.

In his role as VP of Business Development, Ryan leads sales and pre-sales activities making sure that Matrix Insights solutions align with client objectives. As a longtime veteran in the Learning and Development space, Ryan has worked with many of the world’s largest companies providing customized development solutions. Driven by passion and purpose, Ryan strives to ensure all engagements with his clients are meaningful and impactful to their development ecosystem.
Ryan spent close to ten years each at both New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and Element K holding Sales Leadership and Sr. Sales executive roles. Most recently and prior to joining Matrix Insights, Ryan held a leadership role at getAbstract in a three-year stint where he led the sales team in the Western half of the US and Canada.

In her role as Partner, Learning Experience Design, Lesley works with the product development team to ensure the learning effectiveness of Matrix Insights solutions , and supports clients to achieve their development and engagement objectives.
Lesley has over 25 years of experience in learning and development and is considered to be a strategic thought leader and innovative hands-on specialist. In her role as Chief Learning Officer and VP, Content Development at Element K, Lesley helped lead the product strategy responsible for ElementK's rapid growth as an e-learning leader. For the 10+ years prior to joining Matrix Insights, Lesley served as the VP of Performance and Development for a $7.6 Billion Real Estate Investment Trust (Home Properties) where she achieved significant positive employee performance, productivity, and engagement results through learning interventions and collaboration with business partners.

In his capacity as Partner and Chief Learning Officer, Craig works directly with Matrix Insights clients to ensure the effective adoption of our Dashboard. Through a mix of facilitation and consulting, Craig provides education and coaching that aligns the clients strategic goals and tactical needs with the ”best fit” solution that Matrix Insights can provide.
Craig has nearly 30 years of experience in learning, development, coaching and counseling. As a former executive, he possesses a solid mix of business acumen and highly advanced people skills that allow him to apply a unique perspective in assessing organizational structures, people within organizations, and remedies needed to solve complex business issues. He holds numerous certifications, including: Instructional Design, Technical Writing, CCL Benchmark 360 Assessments, EQ, DiSC, TKI, Lominger Voices, Learning Agility, Temperament, Innovation and Gallup Strengths Finder. He is also a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Paul Krause was a co-founder of Matrix Insights and currently serves as Advisory Board Chairman. Paul is a recognized leader in corporate leadership and development. Paul was President and CEO of Element K where he was responsible for leading Element K's rapid growth into the second largest corporate e-learning company in the world until it's acquisition by Skillsoft in 2011. Since 1996, Paul has been responsible for learning innovations that have set the standards for corporate e-learning. Paul's experience includes developing hundreds of blended learning solutions and supporting millions of learners on a secure, scalable Software-as-a-Service platform.
